Meet our Team

Engr. Leslie M. Bulala, RCE, M. ASEP

President and CEO

He has more than 35 years of Civil Engineering experience, designing of commercial, industrial, and residential projects, and handles several projects locally and internationally under his supervision. He graduated at National University, Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, year 1985. He is an active member of Association of Structural Engineers of the Philippines.

Engr. Nestor M. Bulala, REE

Chairman and COO

He has more than 35 years of instrumentation and Electrical Engineering experience internationally. He also has specialization in Water and Waste Water Infrastructures.

Engr. Rowel B. Bulala, RME

Chief Technological Officer

He has more than 10 years of Mechanical Engineering experience and has specialization in plumbing and mechanical works. He graduated at Polytechnic University of the Philippines.

Engr. Lorenz Bulala, REE

Chief Operations Officer

He has more than 5 years of Electrical Engineering experience and has specialization in electrical and project engineering works which includes auxiliary designing and installation. He graduated at University of Sto. Tomas, year 2019.
